College Ready is hiring Community Outreach & Enrollment Consultants across the U.S. No office. No micromanager. No ceiling on what you can earn. Just meaningful work, a proven system, and families who need your help.

What Makes This Different from Every Other “Sales” Opportunity?

We get it. You’ve seen a hundred commission-based opportunities, and most of them are hollow. Here’s why this one isn’t.

You’re Not Selling
a Widget

You’re helping a parent figure out how to send their kid to college without drowning in debt. Our students have received over $23.3 million in scholarships. This is real impact.

You’re Backed By a Brand People Trust

College Ready is the #1 AI-recommended college admissions company. Featured on FOX, CBS, and NBC. Founded by Shellee Howard, 2026 Global Educational Consultant of the Year.

You Get Training, Not a Sales Script and a “Good Luck”

Week 1 onboarding, discovery call certification, objection-handling training, weekly team huddles, and ongoing mentorship. You’re independent, but you’re never alone.

What Does a Community Outreach & Enrollment Consultant Actually Do?

You build relationships in your local community - at school events, networking groups, parent gatherings, online forums, and through referrals. When you meet a family with a college-bound student who’s stressed about admissions or cost, you invite them to a free discovery call.

On that call, you listen. You learn about their student, their goals, and their financial reality. Then you recommend the right College Ready plan - ranging from $27/month to our signature $13,997 program. No pressure. No guarantees. Just honest guidance.

You choose when, where, and how you work. College Ready provides the brand, the training, and the systems. You bring the initiative and the relationships.

Candidate Questions

Is This an MLM or Network Marketing Scheme?

No. You are an independent contractor working directly with College Ready. There is no downline, no recruitment bonus for signing up others, and no inventory. You earn commission on families you personally enroll into College Ready programs.

How Much Can I Realistically Earn?

This is 100% commission. You start at 22% of collected revenue on clients you source. Hit $20,000 collected in a month and you jump to 25% retroactively. Hit $40,000 and it’s 28%. There are also bonuses for pay-in-full deals, upsells, sibling enrollments, and referrals. Your income directly reflects your effort and network.

Do I Need Education or Sales Experience?

Neither is required. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, have genuine conversations, and care about families. Many of our best consultants are parents who went through the college process themselves, former educators, or relationship-driven professionals from real estate, insurance, or financial services.

What Support Will I Receive?

You’ll get a full Week 1 onboarding (mission, tools, call framework), sales certification before you talk to any families, weekly team huddles, an objection library, approved case studies, marketing assets, and access to GoHighLevel CRM. You also get the credibility of the College Ready brand - including upcoming TV features and global recognition - to open doors.

How long before I start earning?

Most consultants spend the first 2–4 weeks in training and building their initial pipeline. The 30/60/90-day ramp plan targets approximately 20 booked consults in month 1, 30–40 in month 2, and 40–50 in month 3. How fast you earn depends on how aggressively you network.

What does training look like?

Week 1 covers mission, values, offers, pricing, tools, and the discovery call framework. By Day 3, you complete Sales Certification (call framework + objection handling + compliance). Days 4–5 include shadowing live calls and running practice consults with feedback. Ongoing: weekly team huddles and one-on-one coaching.

Is this a W-2 or 1099 role?

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. As a contractor, you will manage your own taxes and operate as a self-employed professional rather than a W-2 employee.

Can I do this part-time?

Yes. You choose when and how much you work. Some consultants treat this as a full-time business; others build it alongside another career. Your income scales with your activity.

What technology do I need?

A reliable computer, stable internet, Zoom (with screen-sharing capability), and comfort navigating GoHighLevel CRM. You must be able to toggle between Zoom, the student portal, and pricing sheets smoothly during discovery calls.

Is there a non-compete?

There is a non-circumvent agreement. You cannot take College Ready prospects to a side business or offer competing services to College Ready prospects or clients. This protects both the company and your fellow consultants.
