First 30 Days: Complete certification, shadow top calls, run 5+ practice consults, and begin building your local network. You'll understand the product deeply and feel confident in discovery calls.
Months 2-3: Book 15 to 25 consults monthly from your outreach efforts, enroll your first three to five families, and start building referral momentum. Impact: 10-15 students now have a clear path to college.
Months 4-6: Grow to 30 to 40 consults monthly as your reputation builds. Target 8 to 12 family enrollments per month. Impact: You're changing 25 to 35 students' futures monthly while earning $15k-$25k.
6+ Months: Established consultants run 40 to 50 consults monthly with 40 to 50% close rates. Impact: dozens of families per month and income to match (40K to 60K plus).

Have a background in education, sales, or parent communities (former teachers, principals, school counselors, realtors, insurance agents, or engaged parents are ideal)
Can navigate technology smoothly - Zoom screen-sharing, CRM systems, and digital presentations are essential
Have availability for some evening hours and weekends when parents are free
