What You Will Accomplish

First 30 Days: Complete certification, shadow top calls, run 5+ practice consults, and begin building your local network. You'll understand the product deeply and feel confident in discovery calls.
Months 2-3: Book 15 to 25 consults monthly from your outreach efforts, enroll your first three to five families, and start building referral momentum. Impact: 10-15 students now have a clear path to college.
Months 4-6: Grow to 30 to 40 consults monthly as your reputation builds. Target 8 to 12 family enrollments per month. Impact: You're changing 25 to 35 students' futures monthly while earning $15k-$25k.
6+ Months: Established consultants run 40 to 50 consults monthly with 40 to 50% close rates. Impact: dozens of families per month and income to match (40K to 60K plus).

What You Will Do

Build your Community presence through: networking groups, parents' events, schools. tutors, religious organizations, and local partnerships
Lead calm, consultative discovery calls with parents and students via Zoom
Listen for academic, social, and financial fit needs, then recommend the right College Ready plan (We have 7 options, from $27 per month to $13,997)
Enroll families ethically, handle objections with empathy, and complete clean handoffs to operations. No false promises. Our reputation is built on trust, and 77% of our clients come from referrals.
Track your pipeline in GoHighLevel with same-day notes and clear next steps
Leverage marketing support - invite prospects to webinars, use co-branded materials, and partner on local events.
Celebrate wins with our team during weekly huddles and annual retreats

You'll Thrive in This Role If You\

Left (or want to leave) education because the pay didn't match your impact, but you still want meaningful work
Love building relationships the old-fashioned way - networking, handshakes, genuine conversations at soccer games and school events
Are self-motivated and energized by owning your own results (This is commissioned only, with no base salary. You need to be comfortable with that reality)
Connect naturally with parents, navigating the stress of college planning
Can speak "teenager" and make high schoolers feel heard and understood
Are comfortable with consultative selling: diagnosing needs first, recommending solutions second
Have a background in education, sales, or parent communities (former teachers, principals, school counselors, realtors, insurance agents, or engaged parents are ideal)
Can navigate technology smoothly - Zoom screen-sharing, CRM systems, and digital presentations are essential
Have availability for some evening hours and weekends when parents are free
Are OK was a 3-6 month ramp before hitting full earning potential. This isn't get rich quick. It's build something real.
